What makes us human? He was in a mood again, she could tell. She had learned to read beyond his ever-impassive face; she'd had to. She'd seen him go from dead calm to homicidally angry in nothing flat. Emotion? She wanted to keep an eye on him, even though she knew that when he was like this, he preferred to be alone. Instead of leaving the room, she turned off the lights. No, can't be that… Anyone who has a dog knows that. In the time she had been with him, she had been pushed to the limits of her patience. If she didn't keep a level head in arguments, things got ugly quickly. She had learned to read him out of self-preservation.

WTF, Mate?

Okay so I really don't understand what it would take to be happy and stay happy. I'm blaming it on the weather, but I know it's not the only variable that's causing my shitty mood.. Basically, I feel extremely uncomfortable in my own skin and it sucks bawls.. It's not like a t-shirt that you hate wearing, because at the end of the day you can take it off and be done with it (forever if you'd like...) but your own skin?
